If corn kernels are fresh, grind it. If you have dry kernels, soak it for a while and pressure cook it. While grinding, add to it ginger and turmeric powder. Now take oil in a pan and fry cut onions and green chillies for a while.
Add to it grinded corn and cover it and cook for a while. Keep stiring it . Now add chilli powder, corriander leaves and salt. allow it to get warm. Take maida in a bowl, add water and salt to it and make a batter like for pakoras.
Take one medium size ball from corn mix and give it a desired shape, say oval or round. Now dip this cutlet in the maida batter and then roll it in bread crumbs. Fry this cutlet in the oil on medium flame till golden brown. You can even roast these cutlets by greasing a pan with oil and hence roast it from both the sides till golden brown.
Serving- Arrange the cutlets in a plate and fill the empty space with potato chips. Serve it with desired chutney or sauce.
Seeking the help of electric mixer, prepare the mixture by beating butter, honey and almond extracts.
Add on flour to the mixture, just pour one cup every time, beat it well and then keep on adding more flour to it. Keep blending till the mixture becomes soft.
Add on almonds to the mixture.
Cut the 1/2-cup portions of prepared dough into heart shape and place it on the baking sheet.
Just make sure that you bake at the right degree and the timing has to be perfect so as to ensure proper baking. Bake it at 300-degree temperature for a period of about half an hour.
Once the baking part is over, just let it be for 5 minutes so that it can cool down.
Now remove it from the pan and you can cut 5 large heart shape cookies.
