   A new research made by American and Korean scientist, Regular intake od apples, bananas and oranges protect the brain and also improve memory.
   

General saying is that "An apple a day keeps the doctor away". Its absolutely true and the scientific reason is that it contains antioxidants at the most.Moreover oranges contain vitamin C and fibres. Whereas Bananas contain lots of vitamins, minerals and fibre.This is very helpful in protecting brain,keeping it healthy and of course improving memory.
   

The scientist at Cornell University, New York, and their colleagues made various researches extracting a chemical compounds from the three fruits and putting the cells under damage tissue or a cell. They discovered that the chemical of the fruits had prevented a significant proportion of cell from succumbing to damage from oxidative stress, with varying degrees of success.
