Top Actors Aishwarya Rai and Angelina Jolie may have common ancestors. According,to a new research made by scientists studying the genetics of eye colour at the University of Copenhagen found that all people with blue eyes can trace their ancestry back to one person who probably lived about 10,000 years ago in the Black Sea region.
   

The study finds that almost 96% of the people with blue eyes who volunteered to have their DNA analysed have the same tiny mutation in the gene that determines the colour of the iris. Even men and women having blue eyes have almost exactly the same genetic sequence in the part of the DNA responsible for the change in the colour of eyes.
   

For this study, Professor Hans Eiberg of the University has almost analysed of all the people with blue eyes, with fair skin or blond hair Scandinavians to dark skin. And according to him all of them, apart from one or two exceptions, had exactly the same DNA sequence in the region of the OCA2 gene.This indicates that there must have been a single,ancestor of all these people.
