Recently,a study research was done at King's College London on some 2,000 twins and found that there was a difference of about nine years of ageing between who exercised regularly and those who did not.That point should be noted that while research other influences like body mass index,smoking and socio-economic status were also included.


    The study says that atleast 30 minutes of moderate jog can have sufficient health benefits.
